We understand things can change and you may need to cancel an order or perhaps what you received will not work for your needs. Container Alliance is always here to help. If you order a shipping container and it does not match the description, arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, we are here to help. Our Buyer Protection Policy is designed to eliminate your concerns of not getting what you paid for.
It is possible to cancel an order, but the refund amount depends on the stage of the order. If we have not modified or shipped your order you can cancel at any time. If you have already paid for your order you will be subject to any banking fees associated. If you've paid but we haven't processed your order yet, you will receive a refund of 100%, less applicable banking fees.
If you order a shipping container and the delivery driver can't drop it at your preferred delivery site, the driver will drop your container at the next closest suitable location. If this is not possible you will be subject to any trucking charges, storage costs associated with the order.
Once the container is delivered you must inspect right away, ideally with the driver, while onsite. If you have any questions regarding the container you have purchased or if something does not look right please notify your sales representative right away. It is important you perform a thorough inspection on the container during delivery. For Example; A week after the container is delivered, you can't return it and ask for a refund because you don't like the color. etc,. In addition, if the area you prepped for delivery doesn't support the weight of the container and it gets damaged because of this, you are not covered.
You can return your unmodified container within 30 days of delivery subject to a 30% restocking fee and all trucking fees associated with the delivery and pickup of the container.
